The framework is designed for learners ages 16 and older, including people who need access to devices or internet service. Exodos works with contracting organizations to set each cohort’s geography, eligibility, accommodations, and referral process.

Two-hour workshop
$750 per group
For up to 12 learners. Start with Digital Foundations or Digital Workforce and practice tasks relevant to your audience.

For up to 12 learners. Build a practical learning plan around the selected pathway and your participants’ goals.

Tasks are agreed for your selected pathway:
- Practice a sequence of digital tasks tied to the group’s goals.
- Demonstrate selected skills through hands-on activities.

Planning your booking. The $750 introductory offer and standard $75-per-person class are separate options. The full-day group fee stays $2,700 regardless of attendance, up to 12 participants. Travel, substantial customization, and additional services are quoted separately and agreed before booking.

Who can arrange training?
Nonprofits, workforce agencies, libraries, senior programs, housing providers, employers, and re-entry organizations can inquire about a workshop or cohort for learners ages 16 and older.
Where does training take place?
We scope delivery at a partner location in Chicagoland and surrounding communities. If you need virtual or hybrid delivery, include that in your inquiry so we can discuss the tools, learner access, and support needed.
Do we need to supply devices and internet?
For the introductory workshop, the organization provides working devices, reliable internet, a suitable room, recruitment, and on-site support. Tell us about access barriers before we prepare the scope.
Can you customize the content?
Yes. We agree on practical tasks, pacing, and learner supports with your organization. Significant customization and additional services are reflected in the written scope and quote.
How many people can attend?
The introductory workshop and full-day workshop each accommodate up to 12 learners. For larger groups, call (708) 227-4282 for customization and a quote. Standard class group size is agreed during planning.
How much does training cost?
The introductory two-hour workshop is $750 per group for up to 12 learners. A standard two-hour class is $75 per person. How do you document progress?
We agree on relevant measures such as attendance, starting skills, and demonstrated practice tasks. An organization summary can describe skills practiced and recommended next steps.
Do participants receive a certification?
These pathways focus on practical skills. They are not advertised as credential-bearing courses; any completion documentation must be explicitly included in your agreement.
Can individuals enroll directly?
Enrollment is coordinated through contracting organizations. Individuals may contact Exodos to ask about upcoming partner cohorts; submitting an inquiry does not reserve a place.
