Information the form collects

When you submit an inquiry, the form collects:

• Your organization, name, and email address.
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it.
• Your selected training format and pathway.
• The participant audience and estimated group size.
• Your location or service area, preferred timeline, and training goals.

A submission date, inquiry reference, and status are also stored to help manage follow-up.

How your information is used

Exodos uses these details to respond to your inquiry, discuss participant needs, prepare a scope or quote, and coordinate a potential training engagement. Submitting the form does not book a workshop, reserve participant places, or enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in the website’s database. Inquiry records are available through administrative access and are not displayed on public pages. The website hosting and database providers process information as part of operating the site. After an inquiry is saved, the website sends its details to Exodos by email using Resend. Resend and the receiving email provider process that information to provide the notification service. Email communications with Exodos are also handled by the relevant email providers.

Inquiries are retained for follow-up and related business records. Submissions are not automatically deleted after a fixed period. Contact Exodos if you would like to ask about a stored inquiry or request its correction or deletion.

Please keep participant information private

Provide organization-level information and a general description of your audience. Do not include participant names or records, Social Security numbers, passwords, financial account details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information. Individual participant intake, if needed for a confirmed program, should be arranged separately with the contracting organization.

Website services and external links

The website’s hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request and connection details. This notice describes Exodos’ inquiry form; other websites and services linked from the site have their own privacy practices.
