Bring this pathway to your organizationWho this pathway serves
Senior programs, libraries, housing providers, and nonprofits can use this pathway for older adults and other learners who want greater confidence with everyday online services.
What participants practice
Navigating sample patient portals and telehealth tools, finding transportation information, accessing benefits information, staying connected, and recognizing banking or communication scams. Learners keep control of passwords and private records.
Delivery that supports learning
Agree on accessible devices, readable materials, time for repetition, and the accommodations your group needs. Exodos scopes the setting, workshop or cohort format, and learner supports with your organization.
Learning outcomes
Practice and repetition help participants build confidence with everyday digital tasks. Sample outcomes include:
- Join a practice video call.
- Find an official service website.
- Identify warning signs in a suspicious sample message.
Tasks and learner supports are agreed around participants’ starting skills.
