Searching job portals, completing sample applications, organizing résumé files, creating documents, attaching files to email, joining video interviews, and using workplace collaboration tools. Responsible AI use includes reviewing accuracy and protecting personal information.
How training is shaped
Start with the tasks your participants need most. Combine guided demonstrations with practice, and add Digital Foundations when learners need support with devices or email. Delivery, schedule, and learner supports are agreed with the organization.
Learning outcomes
